Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details via email or message so you can easily follow your shipment’s progress.
Delays: While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to courier or logistics issues may occasionally occur. Your patience is appreciated in such cases.

No Returns: We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only if you receive a damaged item or a wrong product.
Reporting Issues: Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video that shows the package from all sides before opening and the issue clearly.

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The unboxing video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) and clearly show the shipping label and product condition.
Kubers Kart reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
