A: KubersKart is an online jewellery store offering trendy, premium-quality accessories perfect for daily wear, work, and special occasions — all at affordable prices.
Q: Are your products anti-tarnish or waterproof?
A: Most of our jewellery pieces are anti-tarnish and water-resistant under normal use. However, to keep them shining for long, avoid direct contact with perfumes, water, and sweat.
Q: Are all your products exactly as shown in pictures?
A: Yes! All our photos are of the actual products. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Q: Do you offer express delivery?
A: Not at the moment, but we’re working on introducing faster shipping options soon!
Q: My order is delayed — what should I do?
A: Sometimes courier delays happen due to weather or logistics. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help you track it right away.
💰 Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept UPI, Debit/Credit cards, and Net Banking through secure payment gateways.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: COD is not available at the moment.
Q: My payment failed — what should I do?
A: Don’t worry! If the payment was deducted but the order didn’t confirm, it’s usually refunded automatically by your bank within 3–7 business days.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
A: If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the package from all sides before opening.
Q: How do I apply for a refund?

After verification, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Q: What if I don’t have an unboxing video?
A: Unfortunately, claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be accepted, as it’s required for quality verification and to process refunds.
📦 Order Issues
Q: I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
A: Please contact us within a few hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot make address changes.
Q: I received the wrong size or style — what can I do?
A: Please share the unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours. We’ll assist you based on the situation.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
A: Check your tracking link first. If it still shows no update after a few days, message us — we’ll contact the courier and update you promptly.
